Where they work

MACB compressors power heavy-duty jobs across industry. These are the sectors where they're used most, starting with the most common.

  • Sandblasting
  • Construction
  • Oil and gas
  • Pipeline pressure testing
  • Mining and quarrying
  • Borehole drilling
  • Hydropower
  • Shipyards and shipbuilding
  • Chemical industry
  • Public works

Diesel portable screw compressors

The MACB range delivers safe, clean, dry and cool compressed air wherever there's no fixed supply. Six models cover 5 to 12 m³/min and 7 to 13 bar, with turbocharged, charge-air-cooled Yanmar and Cummins engines.

Each model name gives its output: MACB-10/13 delivers 10 m³/min at 13 bar.

Dual-pressure versions

Need two working pressures from one machine? We can build in a dual-pressure switch. Turn the knob to change pressure, with the same engine and frame.

Why MaxAir compressors

Built for sandblasting, drilling and site work, where air quality, running costs and reliability all matter.

Efficiency

  • Steady air output, with intake flow adjustable to suit the job.
  • Several outlet sizes, so sandblasting and breathing equipment can run at the same time.

Lower running cost

  • Air end volumetric efficiency of 95% or more, with SKF bearings for long life.
  • Low fuel use when idling on standby.
  • Cummins high-pressure fuel injection for complete combustion, saving up to 25% energy.

Clean, dry air

  • MAXAIR intake filter removes 99.9% of particles above 3 μm.
  • Oil–gas separator with separate air and oil circuits keeps oil content at 3 ppm or less.
  • After-cooler controls outlet air temperature.

Low noise

  • Dual shock absorption on the engine and wheel axle keeps the machine steady and quieter during sandblasting.

Corrosion resistant

  • Anti-corrosion paint and stainless steel parts for reliable work in harsh, salty or chemical environments.

Pneumatic breakers and chipping hammers

Forged, heat-treated air tools for demolition, road work and concrete finishing. Pair them with a MACB compressor for a complete air package.
